The VBOX Mini Pit Lane Timer retains the full functionality of the original Pit Lane Timer in a display just 50 x 50 x 27 mm, small enough to mount in vehicles where there's no room for the full-size unit. It recognizes your preset pit lane entry point as it's crossed, displays speed until the car comes to a stop, then counts down to zero to indicate exactly when it's time to leave.
High-brightness LEDs change color and intensity to warn the driver if they're going to exit too early, too late, or exactly on time, which is the difference between a clean stop and a drive-through penalty in a lot of endurance formats. Every stop is logged to the SD card at 10 times per second, so you can review pit lane efficiency after the fact.
