Please note, that ALL orders are shipped “Signature Required”.

OUR WEBSITE HAS JUST RECENTLY LAUNCHED, AND ALL ORDERS ARE BEING AUDITED AND PROCESSED MANUALLY. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE DURING THIS TIME.

Currently, UPS is our preferred shipping carrier for both domestic and international orders. At checkout, you may select your preferred service type from UPS and benefit from our discounted shipping rates. Orders received before 12PM EST are able to be shipped the same day, pending the items ordered are in stock. If an order is placed after 12PM EST and is urgent required expedited shipping, please contact us at (386) 333-9543, and we will do everything we can to process your request.

For small orders of light components (totaling no more than two pounds) USPS Priority Mail is available for domestic addresses. There are no exceptions to this as it is exclusively offered to ship a low cost and/or small quantity of boots, connectors, terminals, small parts etc. in a small flat-rate box for a cost-effective rate.

Additionally, the USPS Priority Mail service is only able to be insured to $100 USD. By selecting this shipping method, you acknowledge their terms conditions approve for your order to be shipped without additional insurance regardless of the order value. Any and all shipping claims for USPS are the responsibility of the customer - we will not handle this if there is a damaged/lost package.

RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by us before being sent.  No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

No returns after 14 days.  No exceptions.  All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling charge. On authorized returns, the re-stock fee may at our discretion be waived by accepting an in-house use credit.  Any freight charges or associated freight fees will not be refunded on returns.  All returns must be in the original packaging, un-opened, and in sellable condition.  All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued.

There are no returns on specific products (included, but not limited to) custom wiring harnesses, abs parts, special order items, MoTeC products, or any Fuel/Electrical components that may come in contact with flammable liquids.

For any electrical components and products, please ask us about any return information on your item(s) before purchasing/opening.

Software or Digital Downloads are non-refundable/returnable or transferrable.  Please ask us any questions on the details for your item before purchasing.

NOTE: Buyer’s remorse / returns for other than defective product may incur up to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion.  Certain items may NOT be eligible for return after opening.

DEFECTS AND WARRANTIES
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective or broken merchandise only and does not include any labor charges for removal or replacement of parts.  If a box is damaged, please inspect the damaged box, and report any damaged items to CMS and to the shipping company.

INTERNATIONAL SALES / TARIFF TAX or DUTY
There are no returns on international/overseas sales.  Please contact us before purchasing. We DO NOT collect VAT/Customs duties, and these are the buyer’s responsibility. Tariff taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer!
