Arrival Deadlines

Loom certification is currently $650.00. Rush charges are an additional $100.00.

IMSA December Test · Dec 10-13

Before Nov 15, 2026

Looms that need to be certified for the December test must arrive at our shop before November 15, 2026.

Roar & Rolex 24 · January

By Dec 15, 2026

Looms for the Roar and the Rolex 24 must arrive by December 15, 2026 to avoid the $100 rush charge.

Before You Ship Your Loom

Send it fully assembled

If your loom has multiple components, it should arrive completely assembled so it can be tested as one unit. Harnesses missing sections that halt testing, or not assembled may be subject to fees or failed certifications.

Do not include the chassis interface connectors

Please do not send the chassis interface connectors (AS614-35PN) that mate to the "OEM Interface" connector.

Clean it before it ships

Looms should be cleaned with SD-20 or a similar cleaner so they arrive clean and ready for the test lab. Looms that are not "white glove clean" may be charged an extra cleaning fee.
