The C1212 is built around a commanding 311 mm (12") color TFT screen at 800 x 480 resolution, anti-reflective and bright enough to read in direct sunlight. Selectable layouts include a dedicated live video window, ready for a rear-view camera feed, and channels and labels are fully configurable within them. Step up to Display Creator and the screen becomes a blank canvas for your own custom graphics, logos, and icons.
Like the C125 and C127, the C1212 starts as a display, not a logger. Data logging, expanded I/O, USB storage, and telemetry are all available as enable code upgrades rather than built in from day one, so you only pay for what your program actually needs, when it needs it. Its 34-pin connector is pin-compatible with the C125 and C127, so upgrading screen size doesn't mean rewiring the harness. If you know you want logging standard from the start, see the C1812 instead.

See the Full MoTeC Display Comparison →No. The C1212 ships as a display first. Data logging (120 MB, up to 500 samples/sec) requires the Logging Enable Code. If you want logging included standard, the C1812 is built that way from the factory.
The C1212 uses the same pin-compatible 34-pin connector as the C125 and C127, so upgrading to the bigger screen doesn't require rewiring your harness.
The selectable fixed layouts reserve a live video window on screen, but it stays blank unless a camera is connected, and that space can't be repurposed for other channels in those layouts.
Yes, MoTeC enable codes are issued against your unit's serial number. Have that on hand when purchasing an upgrade.
Currently, UPS is our preferred shipping carrier for both domestic and international orders, however we will ship via FedEx if required. At checkout, you may select your preferred service type from UPS and benefit from our discounted shipping rates. Orders received before 2:30PM EST are able to be shipped the same day, pending the items ordered are in stock at our location. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (less the cost of shipping). Special order items will be subject to a restocking fee, so please contact us before sending your item. Your refund will process within one week of Creative Motorsport Solutions receiving your item. Please note the time it takes your bank to process your refund may take up to 5 to 10 business days.
