The VBOX Video HD2 becomes even more powerful when connected to your vehicle's CAN bus. Overlay engine and chassis data directly onto your video to see exactly what the car and the driver were doing at any point on the circuit. Log up to 80 channels from any dash or ECU that outputs CAN, including AiM and MoTeC systems.

Recommended Upgrade
Every HD2 Track Package can be ordered with or without the OLED predictive lap timing display. Without it, you get all the same recording and logging capability, but you won't know how your lap is shaping up until you're back in the paddock reviewing footage.
With the OLED added, you get live lap times, predictive timing, and speed right in front of you while you drive, so you can see immediately whether you're up or down on your best lap and adjust before the corner, not after. Most drivers who add it at the time of purchase say they wish they hadn't waited.
Full-size, high-contrast display in an IP65 waterproof aluminum housing, connected via a 3.5 m flying lead so you have flexibility in where you mount it. Six LEDs above the screen give instant delta velocity feedback against your fastest lap, so you can feel the change in pace without taking your eyes off the track for long.
Already have an HD2 without OLED? The display can be purchased separately and added later for $740.00. You'll also need the CAN Splitter Cable to share the CAN feed between the HD2 and the display.
Prefer a smaller footprint? The Mini OLED Display shows the same core information (lap times, speed, and predictive timing) in a more compact housing with a shorter 2 m lead, and it includes a suction mount. It's sold separately rather than as a kit option, so it's better suited to owners upgrading an existing HD2 than to a first-time build.
Both are compact, self-contained VBOX Motorsport devices that complement the HD2, but they solve different problems. The Lap Timer is about finding time on circuit; the Pit Lane Timer is about not losing time (or picking up a penalty) in the pits. Many teams run both.

Fits 1 5/8" (41.275 mm) roll cages and works with both HDMI and non-HDMI HD2 units, the fastest way to get a secure, vibration-resistant mounting point in a race-prepared car.
