C60 Logger Upgrade 1-Enable Additional Inputs

Software unlock code to enable the 2nd (yellow connector) on the C60 logger. This upgrade allows the end user to add the following:

20 x Analog inputs
1 x GPS Input
4 x Speed Inputs (Hall or Mag)
